Delivery service fast - but ........ 1. Salad: mixed green salad with little dressing and taste = very expensive 2. Burger: small burger, lukewarm, a little toping = very expensive CONCLUSION: once and never again - expensive fun

Brazen and unsavory! During a business stay in Stuttgart, we ordered a burger from Pops by phone because of the many positive reviews. It was about an order for two simple burgers including fries. Already during the telephone order I was very unsure whether what I had ordered would really arrive - when I asked again whether we could reconcile the order, they simply responded with “fits” and hung up. When the order arrived and we opened it in the hotel room, my negative fears were absolutely exceeded. It should be two halloumi burgers, one with a double patty and one with a vegetarian patty. And what did we find? One burger was topped with a huge portion of halloumi, completely WITHOUT patty and the other with vegetarian patty but without halloumi. For that reason alone, the food was absolutely inedible and not to be eaten. As if that wasn't enough, the invoice included the full cost of the fully ordered burger and 4 packets of sauces that were not ordered were delivered and charged. It should be compulsively worthwhile to take the 3km journey. So in the end we paid over 30 € for two unsavory burgers with cold fries and 6 packages of sauces. In my opinion, this is unbeatable in audacity and I can confidently say that I've never received such a miserable order. Conclusion for me - never again Pops Burger when staying in Stuttgart!

I can only give this place 1 star because it's my honor, I order a burger with breaded fish folet and get an m Unbreaded salmon fillet in rolls and I had to do 30 minutes with little activity. waiting

I can't complain about the food. That the delivery times are sometimes a little longer, as often described, OK, I ignore that. But I think there is a certain system of confusing the rubber to the detriment of the customer. Almost every second order there is something wrong. 5 out of around 15 times was the normal patty on it instead of the homemade or extra beef. If you wanted less sauce, the cheese was left out. The fact that the egg is missing in the Chegburger happened more than once. Eating out on site has never been a mistake. A rogue who thinks bad.

A very creative place with very tasty burgers, what I personally like is that they also had their own sauces. As a guest, I was completely satisfied with my order and the service. Top and recommendable.

The burgers taste very good, have great toppings and the price-performance ratio is great. However, the delivery is very disappointing: Delivery has instead of the specified 60 min. finally took 1h40min. When asked, it was said that the driver would be in 5 minutes. there, but only came after another 20 minutes. Accordingly, burgers were lukewarm to cold. The free drink advertised on the flyer was forgotten. It would also be great if you could briefly write the type of burger on the packaging for a larger order.

The delivery should actually be there after 60 minutes, in fact it was 1 hour 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the delivery only came after another call, unfortunately there was no compensation. Burgers were good, therefore 3 stars.

unfortunately not at all enthusiastic ..... burger was very salty service did not respond, extra handmate took a shame for the price. Service very stressed and unfriendly. Maybe caught the wrong day but once and not again.

Nice food best burgers in town

We came here for a quick burger, choose the crispy chicken burger and sat inside. Service was prompt, price was reasonable (we did not order fries). Burger was hot, meat was moist. Burger bun was perfect! 5 Stars from us.

Super delicious burgers, huge portions of wedges and fries

Good burgers and nice service. They have a lot of options with cool combinations of ingredients. I love the BBQ burger, really tasty. You should try the home made patties. The fries are also good, specially the sweet potato ones. Good choice. We will come back for sure.

We loved the burgers! First time everything was perfect, but the second the bun was not the best. Still be coming for the third time. It is a nice gesture that you get bottle of Coca-Cola. And onion rings are one of the best that I had! Can't wait for this place to be really open so we can go there sit and eat ?

The burgers are really good and there are several different options like French fries and fried onions, but you must pay separately. Although they accept debit (EC), no credit card is accepted, so it is better to carry cash. A hamburger with fries and coke costs € 11.

Great burgers for a good price

Friendly service, but the food was not great. The beef didn’t have a good taste, it was very oddly spiced for a burger. The fries were decent and the prices are reasonable. I’d probably look elsewhere if you are wanting a burger.

The service was ok, not great. The burgers were not bad, the fries with cheese and jalapeños were not good as the "cheese" was a creamy cheese flavored thing and the onion rings were not good. Very greasy.

Only Problem it's the meat of Hamburger

Where do we start with praise? With the delicious burgers? No, the burgers are first class, but not the main attraction. The buns? They are very tasty, even if you could imagine as an extension brioche or wholemeal bun. With the fries? No. They are by far the best fries that I have tasted so far and ketchup and mayonnaise are free. In the beverage selection? No. The selection is huge, but I only order a non-alcoholic wheat beer anyway :-) At the ambience? It is a burger stall and nicely decorated / decorated. A plus point is that with pops actually a fume hood runs. You do not stink after a visit to takeaway (which is not at all self-evident). At the price? He is more than ok. If I should find a point of criticism: my Apple Pay with Mastercard does not work. This is not up to date anymore. But wait: I wanted to praise and indeed the team, which prepared these fantastic burgers ? and served. Polite, fast and courteous. Ordering is also a problem. A call is enough and I can pick up the food a few minutes later or (think a kiss!) Eat locally. In the summer even outside. Pops Burger in Bad Cannstatt is my home and purveyor. Forget confidently the "Mc in luck" or the "Burger Donald".
